The Lucky Few


  • 1 1/2 ounces Remy Martin XO
  • 3/4 ounce Som Pineapple Szechuan Pepper
  • 3/4 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • Fever Tree Club Soda
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Pineapple slices for garnish

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Combine first 5 ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.  Shake and strain.  Top with Fever Tree Club Soda.  Garnish with grated nutmeg and a slice of pineapple.
