Cooking With Chef Kathy

Custom Distributors offers enticing private cooking classes by our own on-site chef, Kathy Damm. Each class is designed to engage our guests with innovative cooking ideas, kitchen tips, and of course, an incredible dinner experience complete with food, beverages & take-home recipes.

All cooking classes are hosted at our 9190 Seward Rd Fairfield location in our newly renovated Custom Cafe. Classes typically last 2 1/2 to 3 hours, so plan for a night of fun and be ready to come home with some great cooking tips!

Chef Kathy will work with you to create customized a menu, excluding any items requested due to dietary restrictions or preference, to ensure your private event is truly personalized.
