- 1 pound fresh strawberries, stems removed
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
Step 1: In a blender, puree strawberries.
Step 2: In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk until stiff peaks form. Fold in strawberry puree. Pour into loaf pan & freeze for 5 hours.
Step 3: Before serving, let ice cream soften for 5-10 minutes.
