- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups spinach, fresh
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Step 1: Beat eggs with heavy cream and salt in a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Mix until well blended.
Step 3: Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add spinach and cook until just wilted.
Step 4: Pour the eggs over the spinach and cook them without touching for 2 minutes. (Important!)
Step 5: Sprinkle the parmesan on top. Fold the omelet in half.
