Blueberry Smoothie


  • 2 cups blueberries, frozen
  • 1/3 cup The Spicy Olive's Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 fresh banana, sliced
  • 1 cup baby kale
  • 1/4 cup The Spicy Olive's Hojiblanca, fresh Ultra-Premium olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Soak the chia seeds in 1/3 cup Strawberry balsamic vinegar for 20 minutes prior to making this recipe.

Step 2: Add the soaked chia seeds, olive oil, and banana slices to a blender and blend to a smooth consistency.  Add the baby kale and frozen blueberries to the blender and process until completely smooth.
