- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup softened ghee
- 2 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Cut the potatoes into 1-inch thick round slices.
Step 3: Arrange the potato slices on two baking trays, leaving some space between the potato slices.
Step 4: In a mixing bowl, combine ghee, thyme, and garlic powder.
Step 5: Brush the potatoes with the prepared mixture.
Step 6: Bake the potatoes for 20 minutes.
Step 7: Remove the potatoes from the oven and smash with a glass, or small jar.
Step 8: Set your oven to broil.
Step 9: Broil the potatoes for 3 minutes.
Step 10: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan.
