• 2 ounces tequila blanco
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce Campari
  • 1/2 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
  • Lime wheel (for serving)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Combine tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, Campari, and grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker.  Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.

Step 2: Strain cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer or a slotted spoon into a chilled glass.  Garnish with lime wheel.
