Santa’s Whiskey Flip


  • 2 ounces cinnamon-infused bourbon whiskey
  • 1/2 ounce amaretto
  • 1 whole egg
  • Optional: 2 teaspoons heavy cream
  • Garnish: grated nutmeg

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: In a cocktail shaker, combine the whiskey, amaretto, and egg.  Add cream if you like.

Step 2: Dry shake (without ice) vigorously.

Step 3: Fill the shaker with ice and shake again for 30 seconds.

Step 4: Strain into a chilled sour or cocktail glass.

Step 5: Dust with grated nutmeg.
