Roof Garden Cocktail


  • 15 mint leaves, plus 1 mint sprig for garnish
  • 2 thyme sprigs
  • 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Ice
  • 1 ounce chilled club soda

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the thyme sprigs and Simple Syrup.  Add the vodka and lemon juice; fill the shaker with ice and shake well.  Fine-stain into a chilled, ice-filled highball glass, stir in the club soda and garnish with the mint sprig.
