Raw Broccoli Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3 apples
  • 3 cups broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Finely chop the garlic.

Step 2: Add the olive oil, chopped garlic, maple syrup, salt, pepper, and apple cider vinegar to make a delicious salad dressing.

Step 3: Chop apples, broccoli, and onion as desired and mix with the sunflower seeds and raisins.

Step 4: Add the dressing and toss.
