Ingredients
- 1 egg, divided (beat egg and divide in half)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt

Step 7: Tie with kitchen twine, creating eight sections on each dough ball.
Step 8: Allow the dough to rise for the second time, for 15 minutes.
Step 9: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 10: Brush the rolls with the remaining egg and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 11: Cool on a wire rack before removing the kitchen twine.
