Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 pound mushrooms
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 lime
- 1 cup avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 3-4 tortillas
- 6 radishes
- Cilantro, for garnish
Cooking Instructions
Step 1: Chop the mushrooms.
Step 2: In a pan over medium heat, add the avocado oil and sauté the garlic, bay leaves & mushrooms together.
Step 3: Season the mushrooms with paprika, salt & lime zest. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
Step 4: Dice onion and chop radish & cilantro for garnish. Build tacos or allow your guests to create their own.
