- 3 cups diced ripe mango (from 3 large mangos)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion (from 1 small onion)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper (from 1 small pepper)

- 1/4 cup fresh Key lime juice (from 8 medium Key limes)
