Jack & Jill Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1/4 inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 clementine oranges
  • 1 1/2 ounces New Western Style Gin (or more)
  • 1/2 ounce Dolin Genepy des Alpes (aromatic liqueur)
  • Thin clementine wheel for garnish

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Add all ingredients except garnish to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.

Step 2: Shake and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Step 3: Garnish with a thin clementine wheel.
