- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 pounds carrots
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2: Peel and chop the carrots until they are about 2-3 inch pieces.
Step 3: Mince the garlic and add it to the skillet together with the butter.
Step 4: Add the honey and whisk until combined.
Step 5: Add the carrots and toss until coated.
Step 6: Bake for 25-30 minutes total.
Step 7: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
