Holly Jolly Cocktail


  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1/2 ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1/3 cup fresh squeezed clementine or blood orange juice
  • Ginger beer, for topping
  • Pomegranate arils, for topping
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme or mint, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Fill a cocktail glass with ice.  Add the vodka, elderflower liqueur, and clementine juice.  Lightly stir.

Step 2: Top with ginger beer.  Add the pomegranates and garnish with thyme sprig or mint.
