Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sirloin
- 2 tablespoons "Mortar & Pestle Cuatro Taco Seasoning" (available at The Spicy Olive)
- 2 tablespoons The Spicy Olive's Espresso Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 3 carrots, peeled & diced
- 1/4 cup white onion, sliced
- 1 package smoked Gouda cheese
- 1 package brioche buns
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 head red leaf lettuce
- Avocado, sliced
- Jalapeno, sliced
- Sour cream
Cooking Instructions
Step 1: Mix the first 5 ingredients together and form into 1/4-pound patties.
Step 2: Grill until medium-well or to your preferred doneness level. Let sit after grilling for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 3: Assemble the burgers with the rest of the ingredients, substituting in your favorite ingredients if desired.
