Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin (preferably Suntory Roku Gin)
- 8 ounces tonic water
- Fresh thyme sprigs
- 1 fresh lemon, cut into slices
Cooking Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your grill and cook the lemon slices until they develop grill marks. Set aside.
Step 2: In a glass, muddle some grilled lemon slices and thyme sprigs. Add ice cubes to the glass and pour the gin & tonic water. Stir and garnish with a grilled lemon slice or thyme sprig.
