Green Goddess Dressing


  • 1 cup flat leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 cup packed baby spinach leaves
  • 3 tablespoons The Spicy Olive's A-Premium White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons minced chives
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon The Spicy Olive's Roasted Garlic & Champagne mustard
  • 1/2 cup The Spicy Olive's Black Garlic & Ginger Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup The Spicy Olive's Premium Single Varietal Olive Oil
  • Kosher salt & black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Combine all ingredients except olive oil in the jar of a blender or food processor.  Process to create a thick green paste.  Add the olive oil while the motor is running, and process briefly until just emulsified.  Refrigerate in a sealed container for up to one week.

Step 2: Enjoy over a fresh green salad, cobb salad, or to add flavor to just about any dish!
