Easy Garlic Lamb Chops


  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped rosemary
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds small lamp chops, trimmed of fat
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: On a large plate, combine rosemary and garlic and season with salt and pepper.  Press lamb chops into mixture and set aside.

Step 2: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil.  Add lamb chops and cook 4 minutes per side.
