Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Gosling's Black Seal Rum
  • 3 ounces ginger beer (Barritt's)
  • Optional: 1/2 ounce lime juice (fresh)
  • Garnish: lime wedge

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Build the ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice cubes.

Step 2: Garnish with the lime wedge.
