Ingredients
- 12 pretzel twists
- 12 slices sharp Cheddar
- 12 slices deli style pepperoni
- Grated Asiago, for topping (optional)
- Chopped parsley, for topping (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Arrange pretzels on the baking sheet. Add a slice of Cheddar and a pepperoni to each pretzel. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the pepperoni is just beginning to crisp. Remove, top with Asiago and parsley, and serve. The pretzels can be made 2 days in advance and served at room temperature or warmed up.
