Champagne Mules


  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 4 ounces ginger beer
  • Chilled champagne (or prosecco), for topping
  • Lime wedges, for serving
  • Mint, for serving

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Pour one ounce each of vodka and fresh lime juice into two glasses, then top each glass with 2 ounces ginger beer.  Pour champagne over then garnish with limes and mint.

Step 2: Serve cold & enjoy!
