Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces low fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/8 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup fat free Cheddar
  • 12 6" flour tortillas (La Bandertia is preffered)
  • Fat-free Ranch Dressing

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2: In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, buffalo sauce, chicken, and Cheddar until well combined.

Step 3: Place 2-3 tablespoons of mixture spread into a thin line onto the center of a flour tortilla.  Roll the flour tortilla tightly around contents to form the taquito.

Step 4: Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and repeat for remaining taquitos.

Step 5: Once taquitos are arranged on a cookie sheet, lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.

Step 6: Bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, or until taquitos are golden brown.

Step 7: Garnish the taquitos with ranch dressing or use sauce for dipping.
