- 4 1/2 cups baking mix (such as Bisquick)
- 1 1/3 cups beer (without the foam)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons seasoning salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Step 2: Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix just until blended. The seasoning doesn’t have to be mixed in thoroughly. Don’t over mix or the biscuits may be heavy.
Step 3: With hands, gently form into 24 balls and place on an ungreased or parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Step 4: Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
