Autumn Chai Swizzle


  • 2 ounces Irish Cream (Baileys)
  • 3 ounces masala chai tea (brewed)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar (raw)
  • Garnish: cinnamon stick

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Brew a pot of chai tea.  Stir in the raw sugar until it is completely dissolved.

Step 2: Fill a coffee mug with the chai tea and Irish Cream.

Step 3: Stir with a cinnamon stick, then leave it as a garnish.  Serve while hot.
