Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Tanqueray No. Ten gin
- 3/4 ounce Aperol
- 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- Splash of San Pellegrino Pompelmo
- Grapefruit twist, for garnish
- Fresh thyme sprig, for garnish
Cooking Instructions
Step 1: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, Aperol, sweet vermouth and lemon juice. Shake briefly. Gently add the San Pellegrino Pompelmo to the shaker.
Step 2: Strain into a 10- to 12-ounce collins glass filled with fresh ice. Tie the grapefruit twist in a knot around the thyme sprig and use it to garnish the drink.
