Apple Pie Sangria


  • 2 bottles white table wine or pinot grigio
  • 5 cups fresh apple cider
  • 1 cup caramel vodka (or make your own Apple Pie Vodka, link below)
  • 4 Honey Crisp apples, chopped
  • 2 pears, chopped
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cups ginger ale

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Cut the fruit and place in the bottom of your pitcher or jug.

Step 2: Combine all of the ingredients except the cinnamon sticks and ginger ale.

Step 3: Stir until fully combined.

Step 4: Let sit for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.

Step 5: About 1 hour before serving, throw in the cinnamon sticks, and stir again.

Step 6: Add in the ginger ale and stir lightly before serving over ice.
