Aperol Spritz

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 3 ounces Aperol
  • 3 ounces dry prosecco
  • 1 ounce club soda or unflavored sparkling water
  • Orange slices, for garnish

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Fill a wine glass with ice.

Step 2: Add Aperol and prosecco to the glass full of ice.

Step 3: Stir briefly to combine ingredients.

Step 4: Top off with club soda or sparkling water.  Stir again to gently mix flavors.

Step 5: Garnish with orange slices before serving.
