- 1 seedless watermelon
- 8 basil leaves, torn, plus more for garnish
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces vodka
- 3 ounces seltzer
Step 1: Cut the watermelon into 1-inch cubes, and freeze in a single layer for at least 1 hour.
Step 2: Muddle the basil leaves with sugar in the bottom of a glass.
Step 3: Stir in lime juice, vodka, and then add watermelon cubes.
Step 4: Top with seltzer and garnish with basil.
