Ingredients
- 2 ounces brandy
- 1/2 ounce maraschino liqueur
- 3/4 ounce pineapple juice
- 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- Garnish: lemon peel or pineapple wedge
- Garnish: maraschino cherry or strawberry
Cooking Instructions
Step 1: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the brandy, maraschino, pineapple juice, and bitters.
Step 2: Shake well.
Step 3: Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
